This information is stored in our Corporate Sponsor/Donor Engagement List, accessible only to the FHO Executive Board and Corporate Sponsors Committee.
Use of Sponsor Names: Organization and donor names may be used solely for recognition purposes (e.g., signage, printed materials, website acknowledgments), based on sponsorship agreements.

For the FHO Annual Fall Meeting, we share names, institution, position/title, and email addresses of registered attendees with our official sponsors and donors. This supports engagement and communication before and after the event.
FHO does not share any survey responses, phone numbers, job titles, or other personal data beyond registration details.
5. Data Security and Storage
All data is stored securely using FHO-managed platforms, such as Google Workspace and Wix. Access is limited to authorized FHO Executive Board members and relevant committee chairs.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
